Videography
A cinematic film that makes your audience feel something.
A brand film — or corporate video, if you prefer — is the most powerful piece of content a business can have. Done well, it doesn't just explain what you do — it makes people feel why it matters. As a videographer in Amsterdam, I build brand films from the ground up: developing the concept, shaping the narrative, and crafting every visual element to reflect your identity with honesty and craft. The result is a film that works across platforms, opens conversations, and outlasts any single campaign.
Which film you need depends on what it has to do. A brand film shows who you are as a company and works on your website and in pitches. A culture video or recruitment film lets employees speak for themselves, so candidates see what it's like to work with you. A testimonial or client case lets a client tell what you achieved together. A campaign or product film is shorter and sharper, built around one product or promotion. Not sure yet? We figure that out in the discovery step.
Your primary film — fully graded and scored, typically 60 seconds to 3 minutes depending on scope and brief.
Shorter vertical edits adapted for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms — each cut to land independently. (on request)
Music licensed for all agreed platforms and territories — no copyright complications down the line.
Original camera files available for purchase as an optional add-on. Pricing on request.
I spend time understanding your brand — your values, your audience, and what you want people to feel after watching. This informs every creative decision that follows.
I develop a narrative concept and, where needed, a script or treatment. References, structure, and tone are agreed before pre-production begins.
Locations, talent, and logistics are locked. I arrive on shoot day prepared — so the focus stays entirely on making something great.
A focused, well-run production day (or days). I capture everything needed to tell the story with visual depth and intention.
Edit, grade, sound mix, and music licensing — through to final export and delivery in all agreed formats. Typically within 10–15 working days after the final shoot day.
A fully graded and scored hero brand film, a licensed soundtrack for all agreed platforms, and social cuts on request. The raw footage archive is also available on request — rather than just handing over the raw files, most clients get more value asking me directly for extra cuts or specific items built from the existing footage, which I'm always happy to help with.
Typically between 60 seconds and 3 minutes, depending on scope and brief.
Five steps: discovery, concept & script, pre-production, the shoot itself, and post-production with delivery in all agreed formats.
Yes, on request I deliver shorter vertical edits for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms, each built to land independently.
Together with you, I develop a narrative concept and, where needed, a script or treatment — references, structure, and tone are agreed before pre-production begins.
After the final shoot day I typically deliver within 10–15 working days. The total timeline — from first conversation to final film — depends on scope and the number of shoot days.
In practice people often mean the same thing, and I make both. The difference is where you start: a corporate video explains what you do, a brand film makes people feel why it matters. I always start with the second — even when the brief says 'corporate video'.
Mainly the number of shoot days, which depends on how many people appear on camera and how many locations you shoot at. After that, the length and complexity of the edit, the music licence and any equipment rental count. After the discovery call you receive a tailored quote.
Yes. I'm based in Amsterdam, but I shoot throughout the Netherlands and worldwide. We agree travel costs up front.
Yes. Interviews are a regular part of culture films, recruitment films and testimonials. We prepare the questions together and I usually guide the speakers on set, so they come across relaxed and natural.
That depends mainly on the number of people on camera and the number of locations. After the discovery call you'll know exactly how many days it will take.
“Working with Timo on several Sweco projects – including Dutch Design Week and Provada – was a real pleasure. He has a remarkable talent for capturing stories in visuals: high quality, thoughtful, and always setting exactly the right atmosphere. What I appreciate most is that he thinks along with you, adapts quickly, and never misses a detail."”
