Privacy Policy

Last updated on 20 October 2026

This page explains which personal data I process when you visit this website or get in touch, why I do it and what your rights are.

Who is responsible

Timotion Studio is a sole proprietorship of Timo Tommasini, based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. I am responsible for how your data is processed. For questions about your privacy, email hello@timotion.studio.

Which data I process and why

  • Enquiry and contact forms: your name, email address, phone number and what you tell me about your project or question (for example project type, budget, timing and location). I use it to assess your enquiry and to reply, by phone if needed. You automatically receive a confirmation by email.
  • Spam check: when you submit a form, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that you are human. This involves processing, among other things, your IP address and browser data. I do this to prevent abuse of the form.
  • Visitor statistics: I use Vercel Web Analytics to see how many people visit which page. It works without cookies and does not follow you across other websites.
  • Language preference: a cookie named timotion-lang remembers whether you wanted the Dutch or English version. It is kept for one year.

Legal basis

I process your enquiry or question because you ask me to, and to possibly enter into an agreement with you. The spam check, the visitor statistics and the language cookie are based on my legitimate interest in a secure, well-functioning website.

Who I share data with

I use the following parties to run the website and email. They process data only on my behalf:

  • Vercel (hosting and visitor statistics)
  • Resend (sending the form email)
  • Cloudflare (spam check with Turnstile)
  • Sanity (storing the website’s images and texts; no form data)
  • Vimeo (playing videos on project pages)

Videos from Vimeo

Project pages contain videos from Vimeo. When you open a project page, your browser connects to Vimeo. I have set the player so that Vimeo does not track you (do not track), but Vimeo does receive technical data such as your IP address. Vimeo’s own privacy policy applies to its use.

How long I keep data

  • Enquiries and questions that do not lead to a job: at most 12 months after the last contact.
  • If a job follows: the data I need for quotes, invoices and bookkeeping is kept as long as the law requires, at least 7 years for Dutch tax rules.
  • Visitor statistics cannot be traced back to you.

Your rights

You can ask me for access to your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict processing, to object to it and to transfer your data. Email hello@timotion.studio. I will reply within one month.

Not happy with how I handle your data? You can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).

Changes

If something changes in how the website works, I will update this policy. The date at the top shows when that last happened.
